3=>10=>7=>cortana :Uninstall Cortana
3=>10=>1=>1 isable Windows Defender
3=>10=>3=>4 :Uninstall Onedrive
6=>00 isable all Updates settings
after applying these settings you can open OOSU10 and all settings will be green =D
