We bevinden ons in het jaar 1985. Een politieagent die bijverdient met het smokkelen van drugs dropt een tas vol cocaïne vanuit een vliegtuig in het Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, dat zich in het Amerikaanse Georgia bevindt. Een zwarte beer vindt vervolgens de inhoud van deze tas en besluit iets merkwaardigs te doen.
