A surprising number of top jazz musicians live in Haarlem.
This inspired bassist Paul Berner and Pletterij director
and programmer Arno Duivestein to invite them all to get together
in December 2023 for a chat and a drink.

There it was decided to initiate a series of monthly concerts led by
musicians from Haarlem and to also organize a session putting
these musicians together in new combinations
every second Monday of the month.
