British guitarist Scott McKeon began playing guitar at the age of four and made his debut on U.K. television at seven. He was named Guitarist magazine's Young Guitarist of the Year in 1998. WastedLion released his debut album, Can't Take No More, on February 26, 2007. His second album, Trouble, was released by Provogue Records on March 29, 2010.
Scott founded his own band, Rufus Black in 2017, with UK blues/soul singer Gavin Conder, UK guitarist & producer Ben Jones, and drummer Russ Parker. Their debut album, "Rise Up' was released the same year and was met with critical acclaim.
