The Gun Club was een Amerikaanse rockband uit Los Angeles. De groep bestond van 1980 tot 1996. De spilfiguur was de zanger-gitarist Jeffrey Lee Pierce. De groep hanteerde verschillende stijlen, die omschreven worden als deathrock, psychobilly, cowpunk, bluesrock en postpunk.
