Pro Version FAQ (Please Read Before Buying):


Q: Can I use the free version in a corporate environment?

A: YES! The repairs section of the program has always been free to use for any personal or business use as long as you or your company are not making money from using the program.


If you are making money from using the program then you need to buy the pro version for yourself and/or each tech you may have as well.

No, you do NOT need to buy a pro license for each user/customer you use the program with, just yourself and any other techs.


However, if you are not making money from using the program then it doesn't matter if it is for personal or corporate use, you are good to go.


Q: How soon will I get the Key code and how do I get the Pro version?

A: The system is automated, as soon as your order is complete you will have the license code on the screen and then shortly after emailed to you.

There is no downloads to do, in the program you click on the "Enter/Buy Pro Key" button and then you put your email and key code in as it was given to you with the order and emailed to you (Case sensitive). Once you enter the name and key code just close the program and reopen it. If you put the info in correctly you will see it says Pro Version in the title bar of the program.


Q: If I want the Pro version, do I need to buy a license for each computer?

A: No! The Pro version is a per tech/user license. So basically throw it on your thumb drive and use it on as many computers as you like. The Pro version is yours, period.


Run a computer shop or have multiple techs? Then we ask that you buy the Pro version for each tech.


Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Normally, No. Mainly because once you have a key code we can't take it back. All the repairs are free and will stay free, so decide if you want or need the pro features or if you want to help support the program. However, if you are simply just unhappy with the program and we can't make it better we will give a refund.

The repairs section of this tool is free for non commercial use. We offer a pro version which other features which may be purchased.


If you are using the of the Tweaking.com Windows Repair Program in anyway associated with commerce an appropriate license is required.


This means using the Tweaking.com Windows Repair Program in association with anything for sale, or on or in anything meant to create revenue either directly or indirectly (Shop repairs, donations, repairs for hire, etc.), requires a paid license per technician use. (1 license per tech) Please contact us directly for bulk / site licenses if applicable or question regarding Commercial Use.
