During the Cold War, the Soviet-Russian organization 'Patriot' put together a hero team to fight a mighty villain. This extends to Moscow, eliminating the machinery of helpless troops. The heroes, called the Guardians, each represent a nationality within the Soviet Union and must set aside their disputes to stop the evil.
