N.y.X biography
Experimental rock band N.y.X was born at the beginning of the new millenium in Turin/Italy. The project is comprised of Walter F. (guitar, bass) and Danilo A. Pannico (drums, keys).
 Derived from the Greek mythology the band name is the equivalent to the goddess of the night. The music features experimental effects, electronics and traditional instruments.

The project's first sign of life appeared in 2005 when both released their first EP consisting of mostly psychedelic tinged songs. 
Supported by some friends many live and studio collaborations followed, particularly in France, where they could improve their musical experience. 

The next album followed as a co-production with Italian label Electromantic. 'Down In Shadows' (2009) was recorded with the help of some prolific musicians - David Jackson, Marco Allooco and Trey Gunn 
to name a few. An effort based on a concept telling a modern story of betrayal and loneliness. N.y.X is recommended to fans of eclectic/avantgarde bands like King Crimson and Van Der Graaf Generator.
