The 1996 performance of "Come Undone" was not by Jimmy Barnes and the Pilgrims, but by the Dutch band The Pilgrims with Reniet Vrieze and Jimmy Barnes, performing live at BMG Hilversum. The song is a solo effort by Jimmy Barnes, but the performance was a collaboration and can be found on YouTube.
