Lou en Bud hebben gehoord dat een archeoloog twee mensen nodig heeft voor zijn expeditie en gaan naar zijn huis. Vlak voor hun aankomst wordt hij echter uitgeschakeld en wordt de mummie die hij onlangs vond meegenomen naar de tombe waar hij thuishoort. Het heilige medaillon mist echter en de daders moeten dus terug. Inmiddels worden Lou en Bud gezocht voor de moord op de archeoloog en de mummie blijkt te leven.
