Black Archives: Minneapolis Funk is a compilation released in France by Warner Records centred 
around the Minneapolis music scene. 
The compilation contains previously released songs by Prince and various artists, most of them 
directly related to him.
Two songs written or co-written by Prince included in edited versions (simple fades) on this 
compilation were unique to this release and were not available elsewhere.
