Harry, Gordon and Jimmy announce the purchase of Whiteleys to the world. It is an exciting project that will cement the future of the Selfridge legacy. Grove is forced to admit that it is time to retire, while Crabb helps Harry out with the Whiteleys accounts - and makes a worrying discovery. Meryl stands up to her father in order to get Tilly reinstated.
