A cinematic retelling of the testimony of 'Voice of the Martyrs' founder, Pastor Richard Wurmbrand, as written in his international bestseller "Tortured for Christ".

In 1944, the Soviet troops enter Romania and force religious leaders to promote Communism. When Pastor Richard Wurmbrand refuses to glorify the Communist Party, he is tortured and put in prison.
